Horsham District Council has launched the Stage 2 consultation of its District-wide Community Governance Review, giving residents another opportunity to comment on proposed changes to parish governance arrangements.

Residents in Southwater North Ward voted in the Parish Councillor election on Thursday 6 August 2026. Rosanna-Marie Hobson was duly elected.
