The main element of the scheme is upgrading the existing woodchip path on Cedar Drive to a durable all‑weather asphalt footway, improving the connection between Nutham Lane and Cripplegate Lane.

Upcoming Temporary Road Closure: Old House Lane, Southwater West Sussex County Council has issued a notice for a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order affecting Old House Lane in Southwater (Shipley CP). The road will be closed 24 hours a day from 16 February to 20 February 2026  to allow Southern Water to carry out essential pipe repair works.
