Southwater Parish Council is proud to support the White Ribbon movement, a global campaign working to end violence against women and girls by encouraging men and boys to take an active role in prevention.

Horsham District Council has issued a Notice of Uncontested Election for the Election of a Parish Councillor Southwater South Ward of Southwater Parish Council. As only one valid nomination was received by the close of nominations on Friday 13 February 2026, no contest was required.

Explaining the precept. At its Full Council meeting on 21 January 2026, Southwater Parish Council approved its budget and precept for 2026–27. This includes an increase in the Parish Council’s share of council tax, which for a Band D household is 58p per week.

Horsham District Council has announced an election for one Parish Councillor in the Southwater South Ward. If the election is contested, voting will take place on Thursday 12 March 2026.
