Welcome the new bins at Cripplegate corner bus stop

We are grateful for the constructive input from residents on our bin survey earlier this year, the feedback we received is helping us to identify areas of the village where changes, improvements could be implemented regarding the bins.

Also, in alignment with our Climate Change Action Plan, we now welcome a new general waste and mixed recycling bin by the bus stop at Cripplegate corner.

General waste bins can also be used for the disposal of dog waste, so if you walk your dog in that area, please feel free to use the new general waste bin for that purpose. The recycling bin operates with the same rules as any other mixed recycling bin, but if you require some guidance on the rules, please visit HDC's website.
