Easteds Barn Sale Completed
Southwater Parish Council can confirm that the sale of Easteds Barn completed on 9 September 2026, following the exercise of the purchase option contained within the existing long-term lease associated with the Little Barn Owls Nursery Group.
The transaction has been progressed through the respective parties' solicitors, and completion brings the contractual purchase option process to a conclusion and provides certainty for the continued operation of the nursery at Easteds Barn.
A further public update, including information regarding the sale proceeds and the Council's next steps, will be provided following the Full Council meeting on 16 September 2026.
