Defibrillators in Southwater: Know Where to Find Them

Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, and using a defibrillator within the first few minutes can increase survival chances from around 9% to over 50%. That’s why knowing where your nearest defibrillator is really matters.

Southwater now has 14 public-access defibrillators, looked after by the Southwater Community Responders, and we’ve just updated our defibrillator page on the website to make them easier to find. We’ve created a new interactive map showing each location, with photos and what3words references, so you can familiarise yourself with them in advance.

Defibrillators are safe, simple to use, and give clear voice instructions, you don’t need training to use one. Taking a few minutes to get familiar with their locations could one day help save a life.

Visit our dedicated Defibrillators page to explore the map and be prepared, minutes matter.
