Postponement of Councillor Surgery - Saturday 6 June 2026

Southwater Parish Council has taken the decision to postpone the Councillor Surgery scheduled to take place on Saturday 6 June 2026.

This follows a review of the practical arrangements for the session, including councillor availability, keyholder cover, staffing arrangements, and wider safety considerations.

The surgery will therefore not take place on Saturday 6 June 2026. Alternative arrangements will be confirmed as soon as possible.
