Southwater Parish Council has been made aware of a summary posted on social media which purports to summarise discussions at the Parish Surgery held on 13 June 2026 at Beeson House.

Southwater Parish Council has rescheduled Councillor Surgery and it will now take place on Saturday 13 June. Please come along and speak with your Parish, District and County Councillors.

Southwater Parish Council has taken the decision to postpone the Councillor Surgery scheduled to take place on Saturday 6 June following a review of practical arrangements for the session. Alternative arrangements will be confirmed as soon as possible.

The next Southwater Councillor Surgery is taking place face to face on Saturday 2nd May 2026 from 10:00AM in the Parish Chamber at Beeson House.
