Temporary Road Closure on Polecat Lane, Copsale - 2 May 2025

West Sussex County Council has issued a temporary traffic regulation notice for Polecat Lane, Copsale. In accordance with Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the use of, and parking on, Polecat Lane from the junction (location unspecified in notice) will be prohibited on 2nd May 2025, for that day only.

The closure will take place during off-peak hours, between 09:30 and 15:30, and is required to enable Volker Highways to carry out urgent carriageway patching repairs on behalf of WSCC.

Access for emergency vehicles, residents, and pedestrians will be maintained throughout the works and an alternative traffic route will be clearly signed on-site. Although the closure is scheduled for a single day, the restriction may remain in force for a maximum of five days from the stated start date if necessary.
