Southwater Ghyll CIO inform us that there will be a tree surgeon, as arranged by Croudace Homes, onsite at The Ghyll (Formerly known as Southwater Leisure Centre) on Monday, 4th and Tuesday, 5th April 2022 to remove the oak tree situated on Croudace Homes land (adjacent to The Ghyll/Pevensey Road) that came down in the recent storm. For the safety of all residents, the footpath highlighted in the picture from York Close to Pevensey Road/The Ghyll will be closed between the hours of 08:00 to 17:00 on the 4th & 5th April for these works to take place. The left side of the car park at The Ghyll will also be closed to accommodate these works. Southwater Ghyll CIO apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.
